I live outside of Australia, can I order goods from your website?

We can only deliver to Australia. If you are not in Australia you will not be able to order and receive items.

What is the order process?

Browse our online catalogue and click on "Add to Basket" for any items that you wish to buy. Any items added to your basket may be removed later if you wish. When you have finished shopping, click on the "Shopping Cart" button to review the items in your basket. Click on the “Go to Checkout” button to proceed to the Checkout page. If you haven’t already done so, you will need to log in or register to proceed. Confirm your order details are correct. Click “Make Payment” and you will be transferred to the National Australia Bank secure server for payment processing. No credit card details are stored in our systems (online or offline), all your credit card information is handled directly by the National Australia Bank.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards via our secure server.

Do mobile phone accessory prices include GST?

All our prices include GST.

What happens if I cancel my order?

For items we hold in stock, if you cancel your order prior to it being dispatched you will not incur any charges and a full refund will be applicable.

How do your prices compare to others?

Under normal circumstances our prices are extremely competitive. If you have any questions regarding prices please don’t hesitate to contact us (see contact information below).

When will you dispatch my order?

Unlike most Internet companies, we have our own warehouse and we hold in stock many of the items we sell. We will dispatch stock items the same day for orders received before noon (E.S.T), provided that the item is in stock.

When will my goods arrive?

Priority Freight - Door to Door overnight delivery, once dispatched your order generally should arrive the next day if you are in a Metropolitan area. This service uses AAE (Australian Air Express).

What is your returns policy?

Nokia's extensive product range is manufactured to the highest standard available and offering unsurpassed quality, reliability and most importantly, performance. The ultimate commitment undertaken by any supplier is warranty. Mobile Fulfilment Services believes in the product we sell to you, and therefore guarantee to repair or replace at our discretion any product(s), which are faulty under normal conditions of use. Mobile Fulfilment Services guarantees the purchased products to be free of all defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover products that have been mistreated, abused or neglected in any way.

Accompanying proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims. Faulty goods must be returned to the place of purchase for servicing or an authorised service centre, (see contact information).

We want you to be completely delighted with any purchase from the Nokia Mobile Fulfilment Services store. Upon delivery please inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery paperwork if there is any damage or defects. If you are not satisfied, simply return the products to us in their original condition and packaging and we will refund the purchase price less delivery charges.

Will my goods have a guarantee?

All goods carry a manufacturer's guarantee (varies from product to product) against materials and workmanship.
