Refund and Returns Policy

We can accept return goods for a refund, repair or replacement if:

• The item has a fault that wouldn't normally be detected at the time of purchase.
• The item is not the same as described by the product description, or does not match the sample shown.
• The item is not suitable for the customer's intended use as described by the product description before the purchase.

When customers are returning faulty goods, they may also lose their right to a refund if the goods have not been used in accordance with instructions, or have been abused or damaged.

Goods will not be accepted for refund, repair or replacement if:

• The item is the wrong size.
• The customer has changed their mind.

In these circumstances, we are not obliged to refund the money, exchange the goods or even give a credit note unless this has been agreed by the Web Store Manager before the sale.

Warranty and Returns

Nokia's extensive product range is manufactured to the highest standard available and offering unsurpassed quality, reliability and most importantly, performance. The ultimate commitment undertaken by any supplier is warranty. Mobile FulfilmentServices believes in the product we sell to you, and therefore guarantee to repair or replace at our discretion any product(s), which are faulty under normal conditions of use. Mobile Fulfilment Services guarantees the purchased products to be free of all defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover products that have been mistreated, abused or neglected in any way.

Accompanying proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims. Faulty goods must be returned to the place of purchase for servicing or an authorised service centre, (see contact information).
